1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Wherever you are, your order will find you.

4. Can I return an item?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and not a final sale item.

Please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll send a replacement or process a refund.


6. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, processing may have started and changes may not be possible.


7. Are customs fees included in the price?

No. Import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country, and are the responsibility of the customer.


8. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
